I want to take a shower but the shower turns off, oh my, eating when people look at me makes me uncomfortable

The staff is friendly, I've stayed here many times. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, and the access is easy and it's close to where you want to go.

The smoke-free camera is great, the food is delicious and I also feel like I'm at home for a long staycation.

Thank God, staying here is quite worth it for the price, and the facilities have apparently been improved and are not like other people's reviews. Previously I was a bit scared because many people's reviews had unpleasant experiences, hopefully it will always be maintained so that guests get the same facilities as I felt. The hotel environment is nice and quiet, but there are still people guarding the front but they are not disturbing. The staff are friendly, but only one person guarding the receptionist, maybe they can be added. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you have to use the stairs. The room is clean, fragrant but it is indeed small, there is a window but I didn't open it so the lighting was only with lamps, and the walls are quite thin so you can hear the sound of people's footsteps from outside. The bathroom is clean overall, but maybe the toilet could be cleaned again in the inner part of the water circle. And, for the food, it is quite good for the price of a 3-star hotel like this. Maybe the food/drink place can be upgraded so that it can still be hot or cold. However, for the size of this hotel, it is not recommended for more than 3 people or families, prefer alone or as a couple. That's all, hopefully it will always maintain and improve comfort for visitors.

Good service, I arrived at 09:00 and was able to check in straight away.

The hotel is small but clean and nice. The bathroom seems to need to be upgraded more, sometimes the hot water doesn't work. The food is delicious, the guards are very kind. The TV only broadcasts RCTI, but it's okay.

Good, this price is very worth it for the mendang mending like me. The important thing is that it is clean, the staff is friendly, the environment is safe and the price is cheap.

The room is clean, strategic location near the city center. For just sleeping and resting, it's okay with an affordable price.

The staff is friendly and the rooftop and restaurant are great for chilling. The only drawback is that the TV doesn't work..and on the first day the water was cloudy, but the next day it was clear again.

All was good & comfortable, except that the bathroom sinks were in trouble

All of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. But in terms of the cleanliness, I think it could be improved. For example, the bath towel has a few stains which I think they already washed it but the stain just couldn't be removed. Nevertheless, totally understand with the price I paid. Will be back again next time!

It was very humid, the AC didn't work. I just stayed for 4 hours then gave up. Checked out in the midnight.

This is more of a boarding house and it is time to renovate. There are no windows but cleanliness is sufficient. Strategic location. I would not want to come back to this place for the same price.

The reception staff is very friendly and very helpful. The standard room is okay, the bathroom is okay, the pantry and food are okay, access to everywhere is okay. Overall, I am satisfied.
