Free wifi for 20 minutes, slow and you have to buy a voucher to get wifi... The room doesn't have a trash can... Coincidentally, I ordered a room including breakfast for 3 adults which the receptionist said was only available at 8am, even though last night the check-in time was said to be available at 6am... the receptionist when we checked out was not there, the security guard was also not there.... So many of the guests' keys were lying on the receptionist's desk... The AC isn't cold even though it's already turbo 16 degrees.

Hotelnya perlu banyak maintenance seperti ganti karpet yg sudah sangat kotor, memperbaiki heater kamar mandi, pelayanan petugas hotel baik namanya mas taufik, hanya karena tidak punya petugas lain sehingga kelimpungan sendirian

Lokasi termasuk stategis, namun karena saya check in jam 8 malam jadi dapat kamar sisa yaitu di bawah tepat depan garasi jadi kurang nyaman dan kurang privasi ketika buka kamar, AC berfungsi, kamar mandi agak bau lembab, disediakan pantry bersama di lantai. 2 jadi kamar bawah harus ke atas dulu, sebaiknya dibawah disediakan dispenser, petugas ramah, next kalau ke semarang mampir lagi kesini😊

Tidak menyangka, dengan harga segitu dapat kamar yang bagus, ruangan luas dan perabotan yang cukup lengkap. Sekadar masukan, mungkin bisa menyedot debu-debu yang ada di bawah meja. Yang lain sudah sangat bagus.

Hotel yang sangat nyaman dengan harga affordable. Kamar bersih, AC dingin, handuk bersih, pelayanan ramah dan lokasi yang strategis. Sangat senang dan nyaman bisa menginap di sini.

Sudah bagus, cuma perbaiki untuk TV-nya, sinyal tidak ada, shower kalau pagi tidak menyala air panasnya.
