The room was great, the bed are comfortable. But unfortunately some part of hotel doesn't look like taken care. Need some repair in some part of hotel. Breakfast start at 6 but some food looks not ready. Even until 06.30 the Foods are not all ready

Checking in was a breeze. Staff at the reception desk are very polite and helpful. Room is not too big and is just the right size for 1 or 2 pax. Toilet in the room needs improvement. Would be good if there is a sliding door at the Bath area instead of just a Glass partition which will wet the out floor of the bathroom. Towels abit old and warn out. This hotel has 3 Pin Plug which is surprising as most hotels in Indonesia have only 2 Pin Plugs. Hotel Buffet was not too fantastic. Food not too delicious and drinks are in Syrup form instead of Fresh Orange Juice. Hotel surroundings have some good food in bbq fish stall, Durian Stall, Drinks and Zhi Char Stalls (Food), Satay stalls, Burger stalls and many Titbits stalls. Overall, pleasant stay and no complain for a budget hotel.

Before checking in, we arrived early at the hotel. Since the check-in time was still a long way off, we left our belongings with the friendly and smiling receptionist. After leaving our belongings with the receptionist, we walked around the mall around Batam city by Grabcar. The next day we walked around again and looked for culinary delights for dinner near the Nagoya Hill mall via Grabcar. After eating, we walked around the Nagoya Hill mall and walked around the snack stalls, without realizing it we appeared in front of the Da Vienna Boutique hotel and it turned out that the Da Vienna Boutique hotel was very close to the mall and various culinary delights in Batam. If there is another opportunity to go to Batam city, the Da Vienna Boutique hotel is the most appropriate choice to stay with family. This is the story of the first and second day of staying at the Da Vienna Boutique hotel, the third day will be continued on another occasion. 😄🙏 thank you

For breakfast there are many choices, but for the AC room it is noisy especially when you turn off the TV you can hear the sound of the AC. Is it because you booked via Traveloka that you were given a room like that. Please improve the comfort facilities of the room.

Prices are quite competitive, breakfast is varied, old rooms need to be replaced

Hotel staff is friendly at check-in and checkout.

The receptionist was not asked anything, not even checked. Instead, the guest was asked to check here and there. The room cleaners were much better even though they were still young people.

The lack of swimming pool facilities and parking lots. Maybe it can be a future homework for the management.

For breakfast, all the food tastes delicious and varied, when there are clothes left behind, they immediately WA me to retrieve the items left in the hotel room. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, there is a lot of access to tourist attractions. The price is standard.

There is no work desk in the room.

Dirty, like no one cleaned it. The bed smelled musty like it hadn't been occupied for a long time. The parquet floor was loose. The carpet in the hallway smelled musty.
