The hotel was comfortable and clean. The bedsheets and bedcover were immaculately clean. The toilet and towels were also spotless. The staff were all friendly.

Overall, it was actually good, but check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but by 3:30 PM it still wasn't ready.

The hotel was clean, with a kids' pool, but the bathroom was incredibly cramped. It was already small, and it had a bathtub. It would have been better to skip it. The food was varied, though almost always bland, but overall, it was all good, and the prices were quite reasonable. Hopefully, the food can be improved.

Please sweep the floor below the bed, overall the other facilities are very satisfactory, the swimming pool is clean, the shower room has hot water, the kids like it

The more comfortable atmosphere made me nostalgic for seven years ago, when the hotel was called GGi. The atmosphere is still the same, comfortable, and peaceful, and the service is very satisfying.

The hotel is top-notch, with clean, spacious rooms, top-notch mattresses and blankets. Check-in was smooth, and breakfast was also excellent.

Surprisingly a very good hotel! Shout out to Ms. Chika, Ms. Selvi, and Mr. Indra for their friendliness and amazing personality!! Definitely will come back again to stay here.

Very good. When there were any issues, all the staff worked quickly and provided comfort, so even a long wait was not a problem. Thank you Aglow Hotel. Next time I go to Batam again, I will definitely stay here.

The first time I entered the room there was a big dead fly on the floor, at night there were still big flies flying around. Please maintain cleanliness, because flies are very annoying.

The 6th floor is closed to the general public. You can only go up to the 5th floor. Overall, everything is okay. There are just too many outside guests walking around the 6th floor.

The hotel was really nice but I was placed on the 5th floor near the emergency stairs so I was a bit scared.

Certainly comfortable and recommended ... this is the 7th time I visited GGi thanks.
