Book via the app, check-in is fast and hassle-free, but keep in mind there's a Rp 200,000 deposit required upon check-in (refundable upon check-out).
The room/hotel is reasonably clean, and the food is tasty. Breakfast is also good. The sports facilities are also good: swimming pools for adults and children, a gym, and a badminton court next to the pool (a badminton net is provided) and a ping-pong table.
For those who haven't tried it, there's a karaoke room (family karaoke is available, apparently), with special rates for overnight stays. Hotel Aglow is awesome.

A hotel with a comfortable atmosphere and excellent service. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast menu is varied. I'll definitely stay here again if I visit Batam.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The bedsheets and bedcover were immaculately clean. The toilet and towels were also spotless. The staff were all friendly.

The hotel was clean, with a kids' pool, but the bathroom was incredibly cramped. It was already small, and it had a bathtub. It would have been better to skip it. The food was varied, though almost always bland, but overall, it was all good, and the prices were quite reasonable. Hopefully, the food can be improved.

The more comfortable atmosphere made me nostalgic for seven years ago, when the hotel was called GGi. The atmosphere is still the same, comfortable, and peaceful, and the service is very satisfying.

Very good. When there were any issues, all the staff worked quickly and provided comfort, so even a long wait was not a problem. Thank you Aglow Hotel. Next time I go to Batam again, I will definitely stay here.
