I don't regret staying at Luminor, it was truly an amazing experience. I was given the privilege of upgrading my room and got the top floor with a city view. 😍 I will come back again someday!

Really like the service, really friendly and everything is handled well, the room is clean and very spacious, especially the variety of food, everything is delicious.

I've stayed here more than three times. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and soundproof, the food is varied, the parking lot is tight, but valet parking is provided 👍🏻 And yesterday, during peak season, I had breakfast with several groups and foreign guests. At the restaurant, there was only one staff member handling the egg and noodle stations, even though demand for both noodles and eggs was high. Perhaps in the future, the restaurant manager or restaurant leader can assess the situation and determine which areas need assistance or staff shifts. I felt sorry for the waitress, who was confused, with so many requests, but no one to help. She made eggs, she made noodles. So, the guests had to wait a while, but overall, it was okay. At first, I had a great stay because the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food selection was both varied and tasty. However, at the end of my one-night stay, I noticed two old blood stains on the bedsheet and duvet. Initially, I thought it might be mine, but after checking, I confirmed it wasn’t. This made me question their cleaning protocols; do they actually change the bedsheets after every guest? 😌 I wouldn’t mind if they didn’t change them daily during a longer stay, but it’s pretty unsettling to think I might have been using the same sheets as the previous guest.

In my opinion, it's the best hotel because, of all the hotels I've stayed at, Luminor Hotel holds the record for having the most food and breakfast options.

The shower is not work properly but the receptionist Mr Ari helpful for replacement the new one. Also check in is a little bit waiting as the trainee worked at that time. Overall ok , especially the breakfast.

The service is quite pleasant, please maintain it and improve it further.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very varied, almost everything is delicious. Parking is difficult, but valet is available. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool.

This is my second time staying here. I like the breakfast variety. It's delicious and there are lots of choices. I'll definitely be back next time. The only downside is that the room isn't soundproof. The phone next door vibrated and I could feel it on the wall. It was very disturbing since we were resting at night.

Yesterday's experience staying at Luminor, staying in an Executive room on June 27-28. Fast check-in, entering the room is already cool, immediately want to lie down 🥰. Unlimited drinking water, because when the one in the room runs out, you can immediately refill it in front of the room. Clean room, clean toilet, hot and cold water for bathing is smooth, strong spray even though it's on the 12th floor. Fast Wi-Fi, for video calls the picture is clear no lag. The view outside from the 12th floor is good. Last but not least, the restaurant, especially breakfast. Very very pampering the stomach. The food is varied and all delicious (no debate). Kid's friendly food, there is cotton candy, various chocolate cakes, marshmallows with chocolate fountain... duuhhh so tasty... Check-out is also fast, oh yeah if you bring a private car, just use valet when checking in. Cheapy ...

first experience staying here, the room was upgraded and got a welcome snack in the room. the atmosphere is calm even though the AC is not cold enough in the corridor. is it because yesterday Surabaya was hot? the room and toilet are clean. complete amenities, the food in the restaurant tastes okay and is quite varied
