We are deeply sorry for the disappointing and unpleasant experience you had during your stay at Hyper Inn. We are especially regretful about our team's negligence in providing you with a smoking room, as well as our staff's initial response which seemed to be merely delaying the process by only spraying air freshener. This certainly does not reflect the professional standards of service we uphold. We have seriously evaluated and issued warnings to our operations and front desk teams so that in the future, guest complaints will be handled quickly, accurately, and with solutions that do not require repeated complaints from guests. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the train noise and parking limitations in the shopping center area. This is a serious concern for our management in reviewing room comfort.
