The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rescheduling is easy. The price is very affordable. Ample parking. This is my umpteenth stay here. Next time, I recommend staying here again.

The staff here were super kind and sweet. They even gave us snacks when we had to check out early before breakfast. The room AC worked fine, but it was a bit noisy and leaked a bit of water onto the floor of the room. Other than that, the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast options were good and different each day and served at the time you choose between 7 and 9 am. Great stay and well worth the money! Would consider coming back if we are ever in Yogyakarta again.

Second time staying at Dermaga Keluarga Hotel... 7 years ago I stayed at Dermaga Keluarga Wirobrajan... This time I tried Dermaga Sonosewu... Overall the best... For the price under 300... It's quite comfortable... Because it's a new branch, everything is still okay, compared to other hotels with the same price but most of them are old buildings... Stayed 2 nights and got a standard room for 503 thousand... Cleanliness is okay... Friendly staff... Clean and fragrant bathroom... This will be my regular every time I go to Jogja... Always success at Dermaga Keluarga Sonosewu and Wirobrajan... Thanks

The location is close to the city. The hotel staff is friendly. I'll be back here again next time I go home... God willing.

Stayed here during the Eid al-Fitr holiday with my family. The room was spacious enough for the three of us. They added an extra bed under the foot of the main bed. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. The bathroom and room were clean. There was live music, and the music was clearly audible all the way to our room on the second floor.

The room is clean, fragrant, the AC is cold. The water heater works well, the environment is not far from the station, Malioboro or the town square, 4 days 3 nights my child was very quiet in the room, if you want to find food, you just have to go out for a little walk, there is a food court, the food is still busy until the evening, it is delicious too.. The staff is also very friendly, there is an elevator so it is safe if you get a room upstairs and bring a lot of suitcases..
