1. The initial receptionist said there was only 1 room in my booking, when in fact 2. It took a long time and showed me my booking code from the app. 2. Changed the receptionist, said the room was fully booked. When I booked the 2 rooms, there were still 3 rooms left. So they changed them, separated the rooms. And changed to Kamuna 3. Not in the place it should be. Not according to my app order. 3. The window of room 1 could not be locked. Luckily I checked. If I was not careful/careless, the possibility of crime would have occurred. For example, the items in the room would not be safe when left. There is no way the hotel would not know. 4. The TV was off. The reason was that the TV subscription had not been paid. It only turned on at 11 pm after 4 calls from the hotel. 5. Only 1 towel was provided. Even though we booked a room for 2 guests. When we asked for another one, they said it was out of stock. And we were given a dirty towel that was more suitable as a rag. Not suitable for use. 6. Toiletries, only 1 very small soap was given. Even though the room rate is around 400,000 Rupiah, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. 7. The prices of food and other necessities are really expensive. They take advantage of the situation and make hotel guests wary of buying again. 8. There is no hot water provided even though the hotel is in a cool location. 9. The application says the bed is a king bed, but both of my rooms are not king beds. They are queen beds. 10. Disappointed. Please improve all the hotel's shortcomings.
