the picture and the real bungalow or hotel not as good as picture

Clean room, clean bathroom, AC and fan work well. The AC is also cold. The water in the bathroom is not clogged and clean, there is cold water and hot water too. Breakfast is delivered to the room by the staff. The staff are friendly and also very helpful. The environment around the hotel is clean, access is close to the crowd and easy to reach.

All good except for breakfast, not so good. Shower pressure low but hot water so no big deal.

Stay in a private pool and room type. Although it is quite expensive, it is really worth it for families. The room, bathroom, and swimming pool are great. They also helped me find bicycles and a private boat. If I may suggest, the pool should also provide life jackets for children.

We didn't expect much, we don't like bungalows, we booked before the New Year, we were afraid there wouldn't be any places. However, it's very nice here, there's a clean private pool, the territory is well-kept. The bungalows are small, but with all the amenities: air conditioning, TV, small nightstands. Clean linen, even a blanket. The bathroom is neat, thought out to the smallest detail. Hot water in the shower, taps work without problems, which is rare for the island. In short, we are happy with everything.

The place is very aesthetic and comfortable, according to the photos displayed in the application, the rooms are clean and nice, quite far from the beach but quite close to the center of the crowd, enough for a family of 2 adults and 1 child, only the breakfast is less varied and limited in choice, it is still an option if you come back for a vacation here again.

Bungalow nya bagus banget nyaman banget pelayanannya ramah, perjalanan dari pelabuhan sampai ke bungalow nya ga terlalu jauh 5 menitan tinggal ikutin google maps aja. Pokoknya the best deh staffnya juga ramah poel. Deket juga sma pasar streatfood jalan kaki sekitar 7 menitan aja. Pokoknya strategis banget aman damai nyaman banget dah

Staffnya baik dan komunikatif, sarapan enak. Hanya saja sayang sekali saya harus menunggu sekitar 4 jam an karena AC nya rusak yang seharusnya sudah diperbaiki dulu karena kami capek juga maunya istirahat langsung tapi ga bisa karena didalem pengap panas 🥲 sedih sekali jadi waktunya bener-bener kebuang 4 jam an buat nunggu AC 😔, untuk kamar ortu saya diganti (syukurlah) karena AC nya setelah diperbaiki masih rusak. Mungkin ke depannya di cek dulu semuanya sebelum customer dateng ya karena kami capek perjalanan dan inginnya istirahat dulu sebentar 🙂🙏🏻 tapi terima kasih atas permintaan maafnya dan pergantian kamarnya juga 🙂.

The villas is very clean and fantastic. But wifi is not good to access well. Sometimes there has some problems with connection.

Kamarnya tidak besar, tapi bersih dan nyaman. Kamar mandi bersih, kolam renang di depan bungalow bersih. Sarapannya enak dan porsinya pas buat saya (saya pilih sarapan Indonesian food nasi goreng dan mie goreng), 👍.

When I arrived, the swimming pool water was poor/not clear, the bathroom floor was dirty with lots of sand. The bean bag smells of cockroaches: (The worst part is that the bed is a bit dirty, the smell of saliva in one of the rooms and the AC is badly damaged. It's really hot. We have complained to the staff. In the afternoon and then we just go out and go home at night, it turned out that our complaint was not taken seriously. When we arrived, the staff asked, "What is this, ma'am, because the spare part is empty" And it was only taken seriously when we waited, didn't give a solution and didn't want to lose. We ended up only being given a fan small one and free french toast 1 portion ;”) and it's not worth it at all. And the worst thing is that the water is very, very small, I have to take a shower in the restaurant's flushing place on the beach.

The service is good, the staff is friendly. Breakfast menu can choose. The wifi is also okay. Where is near everywhere. Overall Very convenient.
