Overall di kamar atas pintunya ga rapet ada selah garis bisa liat ke depan atau depan kedlm, jadi risih takutnya ada yang iseng. Itu aja lainnya, worthit sesuai harga.

Pelayanan kurang baik. Masih pagi tapi ac dan tv sudah mati tidak bisa hidup.

Hotel Andalas tempat langganan bagus, strategis tengah kota, kemana aja deket, namun sekarang hotelnya berubah, dari pelayan resepsionis diwajibkan harus pesan makanan yang dipotong dari uang deposit awal, namun akhirnya pesanan terlupa, sprei di kamar 303 sudah mulai kusam kasur ada kutunya, untuk kamar mandi sudah bagus dan air lancar, channel TV aman namun AC tidak dapat diatur menggunakan remot karena habis baterai, tidak ada telepon di kamar untuk menghubungi resepsionis, mungkin Andalas yang dulu lebih baik.
