Good and steady, recommended

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was nice, and there was only one minor flaw: the toilet smelled a bit off, possibly from outside. But overall, everything was good.

It's super fun, environmentally friendly, and the swimming is great. The food is delicious.

I liked the hotel's proximity to the city center. The breakfast was delicious, and the price was reasonable, and there was a swimming pool. However, I didn't agree with the various snacks available in the room, which were paid for. It would have been better to have them in the cafeteria.

A very pleasant vacation. Always a customer from 2014 until now when I go to Padang always stay at Grandsari. From my child 1 until my child is now 3. Thank you Grandsari for the service, the best. Wait for my arrival next month in my heart for my birthday. Every time we have a birthday, we always vacation to Padang and stay at Grandsari. The children are happy to be taken there because the swimming pool is child-friendly and comfortable.

An economical hotel. We've stayed here several times, but unfortunately, this time it wasn't as good as it should have been because there were disturbances from outside guests while we were sleeping. The toilet and room weren't very fragrant. There were mosquitoes, but the staff responded quickly with mosquito spray. Hopefully, the good quality of service can be maintained/improved. The shortcomings can be fixed.

The hotel staff is friendly, given tolerance for check out time from 12 to 13 because there was an obstacle. Breakfast is only fried rice, plus white bread, fruit, coffee and hot tea. It turns out there are no mukena and prayer mats.
