When checking in, we were greeted by a friendly and pleasant receptionist. The hotel's room is good and worth it, the bed is also very spacious, can accommodate 5 to 6 people, and the Wi-Fi is also very smooth. Tea, sugar, mineral water & coffee are also provided with a water heater. The amenities are also quite complete, there are soap and towels. Then there is a swimming pool that is quite large, the view can also be a mountain view, photo spots are also very Instagrammable, but the cafe is closed and no longer functioning, then the Korean-style sofa chairs are also not arranged by the hotel staff, it seems mediocre, even though the rooftop is really nice, it would be a shame if the cafe is no longer used, just a suggestion, it would be better to reactivate the cafe so that there is an attraction for hotel guests to want to stay there again. The only thing lacking in this hotel is the parking lot which is narrow and very minimal, bringing a car is difficult, especially since the incline is also quite steep. So if you want to go out by vehicle, it feels really lazy to get the car out because the parking lot is narrow and steep, there should be a widening by buying land next to it for car parking. Plus, if you're looking for food, you have to go off the main road and climb a fairly steep incline through an alley. The hot water isn't very hot.

I've been here three times because it's close to my regular spa. If I go to Batu again, I'll stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights, could request a change of towels every day and got 4 bottles of drinking water + coffee + tea + sugar. Parking was a bit tricky because you have to go upstairs. Every morning many people come selling breakfast. Near the laundry.

I like this hotel because it's family-friendly. It's clean, and the price is reasonable.

The place is comfortable and very clean, the view is really beautiful, at night you can see the beautiful lights of BNS because it is that close, I will book again when I want to go to Batu.

Cold area, very cold water, want to take a shower but the water heater is broken, have complained but no solution. Wifi is very bad, keeps disconnecting, there is a terrace for smoking but no ashtray, the sink is clogged. The room smells of mold. Very uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is close to various tourist attractions in Batu, it's just that its position is in an alley, but it's still okay for 2 cars to pass through. The parking area is also not too much. But for a homestay, this place has advantages, namely a swimming pool and a rooftop area that has a pretty good view👍

After returning from Batu Malang..can't wait to give a review for Palm Asri Guest House...the first one was impressive because I brought my family to book via Traveloka for Superior Double..got the 1st floor so the car could park right in front of the room..clean bathroom..sugar coffee & mineral water provided..worth it for that price to get a double bed & spacious room. Amazing again, there is an additional trundle bed on each bed, so it is very suitable for bringing family & even happier in the morning there are already many food sellers offering their wares from pecel..naskun sate etc. so I'm not confused about going out of the inn to find breakfast even though there are also many food sellers and others around the inn. For the location close to BNS Jatim Park & other tourist attractions, next time I want to book here again if I go to Batu..Lopee for Palm Asri Guest House🧡🧡

The bathroom roof has a black leak. Some corners of the room are dusty, stuffy and there are ants. Hopefully it can be better

For the price, it's quite cheap. With that price, you can get 4 beds. Hot water is okay, cleanliness is quite clean. I can repeat staying here again.

All services were poor. Bedroom very dirty, so many hairy. Air Conditining is hot. Shower Water doesn't flow. Receptionist was not friendly.
