I'm so sorry to be honest, but the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, should be given more attention. The bathroom walls are really dirty 🙏, the hot water doesn't work, and the sheets aren't very clean. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention to cleanliness in the future...

The receptionist is on standby and friendly, the location is strategic, close to various tourist attractions in Batu City, with the price offered it is in accordance with the facilities obtained, there are kitchen equipment, only the towels are too small. Our suggestion is that the CLEANLINESS of the room and hotel area must be improved. Frankly, the bathroom was dirty when I first arrived, so I was forced to clean it myself because I had already booked a long time ago, the room is swept by myself every day, and the room is not soundproof, the children's play area is not well maintained/clean, and the water heater sometimes works well/sometimes not so if the children want to take a bath they sometimes have to boil water first, the children want to take a bath in the swimming pool, but the swimming pool looks less clean so I hesitate. So far it is very much in accordance with the price.

friendly and fast response staff. abundant drinking water, the small kitchen is very helpful. very suitable for those who bring children. the environment is quiet. only the road to the location is uphill so it's a bit surprising when you just arrive. everywhere is close, deliberately take grab/gocar to Jatim Park 3 so you don't have to bother thinking about parking and only pay 10 thousand (use the promo)

The homestay is very comfortable with 2 large beds so the whole family can rest comfortably. Only 2 small towels, 1 small bar of soap, 2 toothbrushes and small toothpaste are provided. There is a common kitchen on each floor that provides free water, coffee, tea. There are slides and swings for children so they don't get bored. There is also a swimming pool but we didn't try it. Every morning there are food and souvenir sellers who come so it's quite helpful not to have to go out to shop. The location is quite close to popular attractions such as BNS, Jatim Park 1, Jatim Park 2, Jatim Park 3. Recommended!

Have to clean it yourself from the entrance. The staff is kind and cooperative. The information is there is no cleaner because they can't afford to pay the staff. But I feel comfortable here. The view is nice.

The service is good, there is a kitchen that can be used a lot, but it's a shame that the overall cleanliness of the homestay is not well maintained, the floor is dirty like it's rarely swept and mopped 🙃, the bathroom has lots of stains (on the floor, walls, toilet, sink).
