There are lots of ants in the bedroom. Room cleanliness needs to be improved.

Had a pleasant stay at Ascent Premiere Hotel and Convention. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and has a modern atmosphere. The rooms are spacious enough and suitable for both business and family stays.

The hotel is okay, but the location isn't ideal in my opinion. Cleanliness is okay, but the gym is shared with the general membership, so it's very crowded.

Overall, everything was convenient and enjoyable, except for the breakfast buffet. It would be even better if there were more menu varieties and the food quality could be improved. I would also recommend providing a coffee maker for guests. Lastly, the staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful throughout my stay.

The room is spacious, the AC is cold, the food is delicious, right next to Malang Lama Station.

There were no real issues with the hotel. Overall, the condition of the hotel, room, and facilities were excellent for the price. I was unlucky enough to get a room with bed bugs, which caused my legs to become covered in welts. Unfortunately, the staff was a bit slow to respond and seemed unresponsive until I requested a room change. This process took about 10-15 minutes. Even when I was moved, no one asked about my condition, or at least asked to show concern for guests, but instead offered a complimentary fruit platter in the room. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention to the service and cleanliness of the rooms in the future.

I've included a welcome video of a baby cockroach inside a pillowcase. The room smelled awful when I first entered, so I finally checked out. The pillowcase smelled of drool, lipstick marks, and dirt everywhere. And the gong had a baby cockroach inside the pillowcase. I swear, Ascent was the worst of my four-star hotel stays. Absolutely terrible. I'm surprised the reviews are so good, even though I booked two rooms and both were equally disappointing. This is my first and last stay here.

There are pros and cons. I love how they have a lot of and bigger parking space area for cars. The place was nice, but unfortunately the bed and towels had some stains that couldn't be cleared. It still didn't matter because it didn't bother us to stay. Also, the air conditioning wasn't really cool, it was just so-so. But we didn't have time to complain to them because we were focused on our work. So if they ask me, would I be staying again or not? Probably yes, but maybe with many issues that can be fixed like the air conditioning.

Nice location near the station, minus there is no mini fridge in the deluxe room.

The first time the kids swam, it felt like they were at a train station... it was so much fun... they got off the train and went straight to the hotel. The hotel was cheap, clean, and comfortable... There was a wide variety of food...
