The room is cool, the service is friendly.

The location is strategically located in the city center, close to Purwokerto Station and RITA Supermall. The room is quite spacious and has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There is ample parking in front of the lobby. The staff is fast to respond when there are problems in the room, such as leaking AC water, and they are handled quickly. Highly recommended for a repeat stay if you have plans to visit Purwokerto again 👍🏻

As patient customers, we were deeply disappointed with our check-in experience at Java Heritage, which fell far short of our expectations for a 4-star hotel. We arrived at 2:20 PM expecting our room to be ready, but only found it around 3:40 PM. Throughout the wait, we received no clear information or confirmation from the hotel, forcing us to follow up on our own. Even more disappointing was the fact that a later arrival was given a room first, while we waited for over an hour with our 7-month-old baby. We booked a Premium Deluxe Balcony, hoping for a stay commensurate with the class and standard of the hotel. However, the experience was disappointing from the start. The premium name didn't match the quality of service we received. The hotel did offer compensation for the late check-in, but we declined, as we expected professional service, clear communication, and good coordination, rather than compensation. Attempts to contact us via the room phone and doorbell at night were also disruptive. We hope that Java Heritage management will seriously evaluate the quality of service, particularly the check-in process and room readiness. Guests shouldn't have to wait indefinitely, especially when basic service should be standard for a 4-star hotel. Our rating is 6/10. Unfortunately, a bad first impression ruined the overall experience. This experience was quite a lesson for us, and we don't plan to stay at Java Heritage again.

When I go to PWT, I always stay here. The rooms are clean, the hotel facilities are complete, the staff is friendly, and I really like the delicious breakfast.

An effective first experience

The staff was very helpful, but there needs to be an EV charging station, as there are still very few in Purwokerto. It would be very helpful if there were one.

Stayed overnight after visiting Dieng... got a room with a terrace, just right... very comfortable. Plus, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly. It's true... Hotel Java Heritage is the pride of the people of Purwokerto... 👍

I highly recommend staying here. The kids loved the variety of activities during their staycation. I'll definitely return to Java Heritage when I'm in Purwokerto.

For an affordable price, you can get a fairly spacious room with a comfortable, clean bedroom. A wide variety of breakfast options are available.

Everything was good. Breakfast options are great, tastes good as well. The staff are friendly. The only thing lacking is places to hang clothes/towels.

This was my first time in Purwokerto and I stayed at Java Heritage. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel's location is also right in the city center, making it easy to get to tourist attractions and restaurants. There's a swimming pool, large enough for children to play and parents to sit and watch. The parking area is also spacious, making it easy to access if you're bringing your own vehicle.

A noisy hotel. The music from upstairs was very disturbing. It only stopped at 10 p.m. that night after a complaint was made to the front desk. It was a real shame.

If I am in Purwokerto, I always stay at Innjava Heritage.
