The staff are friendly and helpful, the only problem is that the door to the room I was staying in had a sticky lock, it seems it needs to be fixed immediately so as not to make things difficult for guests staying there, otherwise it was okay.

The standard room is not as spectacular as when I ordered the Dulaxe room, the difference is really big, but the atmosphere is still the same even though the type of bed is different and the blanket is too thin.

The location is really in the middle of the city with very easy road access. The entrance and parking area are quite spacious. Around the hotel there are breakfast sales, several places to eat/restaurants and cafes. Minimarket across the road 24 hours. Prices are very, very affordable, especially if you get a promotion. The room facilities are okay with free tea & coffee which you can make yourself using hot water which is also provided in the room corridor. Prayer mats & mukenah are provided for Muslims. Extra beautiful natural views if you get a room facing the back area. The water is very smooth, the only downside is that sometimes it smells like it hasn't been used for a long time. The room maintenance was a bit lacking, because in the room I got the bathroom floor tiles were broken at the bottom of the shower, quite dangerous if you're not careful.

Comfortable, only the room and bathroom have a little that needs to be repaired, such as the bathroom ceramics and the ceramic room floor is starting to have bubbles. CS has responded well when checking out. Friendly prices, suitable for people who want to stay at least 2 days at Oemah Akas.
