The Omega Hotel is dirty, the rooms are full of mosquitoes, it seems like it's not well maintained, the lighting is poor, the wall paint is faded, and the parking lot is also dirty.

The receptionist rudely reprimanded me. On November 16, at 10 a.m., my colleague and I were eating in our room. She reprimanded me until we were waiting to check out. I was planning to check out at 12, but due to her unfriendly behavior, I checked out at 11.

Were you reprimanded for having more than 10 people dining in the room even though the air conditioner was on and the door was open? Did the receptionist wait until the number of people in the room was reduced without checking out?

Comfortable, spacious rooms, and lots of food stalls near the hotel. Room cleanliness needs to be improved as there are still a lot of mosquitoes, but the rooms are excellent and the prices are really cheap.

Not according to the order.. order a terrace but get a balcony, order a non-smoking room but get a room that smells of cigarettes and lots of mosquitoes.. will not stay here again, the cleanliness in front of the room is pathetic
