Actually I like this hotel, the location is a bit far from the main road so the atmosphere is quiet and not noisy. The view is beautiful, Besides that the staff is friendly, but there are some obstacles such as limited room availability, I ordered a standard and superior type but was forced to pay more from standard to superior because the distance between the two rooms was too far, okay I didn't mind, but after entering the room it turned out the TV didn't work or was broken and they said it couldn't be repaired. A little suggestion is that the room be cleaned more often because I found quite a lot of dust under the bed. (Oh yes, the room I booked did not include breakfast)

They allowed me to check in at 5am after horrendous travel from gorontalo, very helpful and truly want you to have the best experience. Location is quite a stretch from restaurants and the city, the room (standard) was spacious however the bed was an old spring mattress (pretty uncomfortable), the blanket was an old wool blanket wrapped in sheets (definitely needs a wash) and overall the room and the entire resorts feel like they need some work (broken wooden floors inside, windows didn't fully close etc.). Breakfast was nice however food ordered is quite pricey and takes a while. The review system on here sucks. I'd give it 7.5/10.

Spacious comfortable rooms. Cool air suitable for families, OK bathroom. Only yesterday the trouble on TV broadcasts didn't happen.

No toothbrush, toothpaste, slipper amenitis. Coffee and tea sachets were not provided, when I asked the staff, they said the price was cheap, so they weren't given even though compared to four-star hotels around, the contents were complete at the same price. A really disappointing breakfast a la cart was given indomie and the village paya planted around it was badly cut. Got it on a plastic plate and melamine. We ordered fried noodles, two fried noodles, but one of them was brought with bread even though the staff admitted that they saw it wrong, but they said it couldn't be replaced because it would be a funny number, but only in terms of service, fyi the bread was hard because of the cold weather. The advantage is that the staff is friendly.

The room obtained does not match expectations as the picture shows. I ordered deluxe at a fairly expensive price (550) but it turned out that the facilities did not match what was written in this application, there was no refrigerator and bathup. When asked, the prison was not satisfactory because he blamed the application more. Breakfast only has a choice of jam bread or instant noodles. Please accept more care for consumers who have ordered via online even already paid directly H-1 rooms are still available 2 rooms but after coming tau2 there is someone, love to send option to stay in the deluxe which costs 200 thousand when we rent in a suite price of 550. .. finally we ourselves took optionally to rent in the grand suite, the price of the direct message was only 650 thousand but suru added a difference of 176 thousand ... he said the traveloka transfer to them is not like in the application ... and even then at 9 o'clock we must immediately move to suite ... for the room facilities, the water heater will cool down soon and then they have to wait 30 minutes? helow while bathing suru wait 30 minutes pause? there is a new bathtub, a quarter of it is cold, the water coming out of the faucet ... 😅 the water from the closet's faucet smells like scent too ... the food if you buy it is really good, but for free (breakfast), you taste good with scent ... please also be attentive this resort is not a jasmine class hotel 😅 so please repair the service to local customers not just long distance serviceable ... well please keep the ant room clean too where red ants are also ... the wifi is also super slow
