Strategic location with clean hotel.

Initially I booked a standard room, but it turned out that the building was across the street, not on the beach. However, the condition of the room was very inadequate, smelly, dirty, and the mattress was broken. Finally I asked to change rooms with an additional fee of 50 thousand and got a room like the one in the photo. The condition of the room was better even though it was actually not very clean. The AC was broken, it could only be turned on using a broomstick or a stick. When I asked the officer to turn it on, he entered my room wearing dirty sandals, even though I was the one who rented the room and took them off even though the floor was very dirty and black. The hotel sandals provided were also used. There was a refrigerator but it was moldy. There was a lot of lizard droppings in the bathroom. There were lots of spider webs in the room. This is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever been to. I'm sorry I'm very disappointed 🙏🏻

The rooms are poorly maintained, the toilet water doesn't work. No soap.
