The AC wasn't cold. The rooms were a bit dated. The food was basic. The pool water wasn't clean, littered with leaves. Swimming hours were limited to 6 p.m.

We stayed for 1 night in 2 suite rooms, but one room had hot AC and a clogged toilet. We were moved to another room, but the AC was still hot. We reported it to the staff, who said they would refill the freon, but they didn't. We ended up sleeping in a hot and smelly room. Additional towels cost Rp50,000, borrowing a spoon cost Rp25,000, and hand towels were not available in the room. Asking for additional tissues was given in a black plastic bag like a grocery store. Requesting a fried egg for breakfast was told it wasn't included. There was no phone in the room to contact the staff.

Highly recommended for family vacations, there is also a swimming pool for adults and children. The breakfast menu is also delicious, with various variations. Don't hesitate to stay and vacation here.
