Poor facilities. But the sea is beautiful.

Fun and impressive and recommend

One of the best resorts I've ever visited. The rooms are clean and spacious (for two people), the hotel staff is friendly and provides detailed, easy-to-understand information, and there's a spacious beach right on the hotel grounds, so you don't have to go out looking for a beach spot for recreation.

everything is okay, but the tv is not all the channels are clean

For a price of 300 thousand you can get a deluxe room & breakfast is included, a large bed, a very beautiful view, the downside is that borrowing plates is charged 😆

The bathroom water smells rusty, the beach is nice, but far from the city center, it's hard to find food that suits your taste.

Room no. 128 I've stayed here twice and always get this room, I don't know why the room is a mess, firstly there are tons of mosquitoes, the AC is noisy and the bathroom leaks, leaves get in and at night it's really noisy, oh my gosh, if I stay here I don't want to stay in this room again, I'm really sorry, I'm really disappointed.

Check in schedule at 14.00 WIB arrived at the hotel and was told to wait because it was not finished cleaning, 1.5 hours waiting in the lobby and asked again, still half an hour to finish, my body was tired from driving from stuck to PKP, from PKP I saw I wanted to rest at the hotel, it turned out I almost fainted in the lobby waiting for check in for 1.5 hours, when I entered the room, the bathtub was dirty full of sand, the refrigerator was dirty full of chocolate ice cream, the bed was sandy, the bathroom smelled even though it was in a suite room, it was far from satisfactory, the staff was very friendly and kind, I brought my suitcase to the room

Staying at a hotel but there is no water for showering in my opinion is very fatal, I have complained and gone back and forth 7 times before the staff came to check the room. I complained from around 4 pm until around 7 pm someone came to check the water. And in the end I was asked to move rooms, I ordered a deluxe room and was replaced with a superior room which is smaller and definitely cheaper. There I asked why they didn't change to a deluxe room too? There were many empty rooms next door? The reason was that the water wasn't working either. If you knew from the start there was a problem with the water, why didn't you quickly find a solution? This is really disappointing, apart from the lack of room facilities, dirty rooms, etc., having no water is very fatal in my opinion.

The staff was very kind, but unfortunately the Dulexu room was an old model, with cracked walls, a slightly clogged door, and a dirty toilet seat.

Suitable for families, clean, near the beach.

The receptionist checked us in without using our ID card. As a result, the room was fully booked, even though we'd booked it well in advance. We were given a room with poor amenities: an uncomfortable and torn mattress, a very inadequate wardrobe, noisy air conditioning, and a strong smell of cigarettes and perfume.

Staying at this resort is very enjoyable, both in terms of the view, accommodation, the place is comfortable and safe, highly recommended for tourists who want healing
