The room is clean and staff are excellent. Affordable rates. The hotel is also surrounded by many cafes and local foods. Highly recommended for business and family trips.

This is Minep's second time here, the first time with my family after getting married at work, the second time alone because I wanted to refresh. The first includes breakfast, the second at that price doesn't include breakfast, hm. For a district hotel, it's pretty good, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and nice, the food is delicious because there's a cafe too, so if you want to order something else you can go straight to the side. It's just that the employees are not sensitive enough to carry things.

Overall bagus dan bersih. Untuk ke depannya, dengan harga segitu harus sudah termasuk sarapan. Ada sedikit kekecewaan di saat kami terlambat check in karena ada penolakan dari pihak hotel, padahal kami terlambat disebabkan pesawat kami delay. Namun, pada akhirnya kami diizinkan masuk.

Pelayanan buruk. Tamu bawa koper dan barang bawaan sndiri kelantai atas lewat tangga tanpa ada lift dan tdak ada bantuan dari staff hotel. Kamar mandi sempit. Tidak ada sarapan yang disediakan. Dgan harga hampir 500rbu, seharusnya da dapet hotel bintng 3 dgan fasilitas lengkap, tapi ini harga 500 serasa di penginapan.

Meskipun ga ada pemanas air, kopi atau teh, tapi tetap rekomen kok. Bisa dibilang ini hotel yang paling bagus sekitar sini.

The bed linen is dirty and the room smells uncomfortable.

Breakfast only opens at 8 am, info from the reception, so I can't enjoy breakfast because the plane is at 8 am. If breakfast was open at 6 am I would have been able to enjoy breakfast first. At the time of check out at 6.30 am the cashier was not there. Thank you.

For the deluxe room, it is quite spacious and wide. The bathroom is also quite clean. And for the room does not smell of cigarettes. The service from the staff is also quite good. What needs to be considered is that tissue is not provided in the room and bathroom. Toiletries are minimal. Bath towels are provided. For the bedroom, twinbed is good enough. One of our beds is slightly tilted to the left. The phone in the room didn't work at all. Overall it's enough for 2 star standards. Hopefully in the future it will be even better.

Hotel ini adalah hotel terbaik yang ada seantero Belitung Timur. Tidak ada yang lain. Saya sudah berkali-kali menginap di sini dan overall cukup puas. Lokasinya di dekat dengan market lokal. Mencari makanan tidak sulit di sini dan enak-enak. Warung kopi Atet yang terkenal hanya walking distance. Beberapa fasilitas lainnya juga dekat seperti Pantai Serdang hingga gereja katholik. Sarapan di hotel ini lumayan enak nasi goreng dan nasi ayamnya 👍. Disebelah hotel persis ada kafe baru yang kekinian. Cocok untuk nongkrong.

The hotel is quite representative, considering that in the manggar there are not many accommodation options. Satisfied with deluxe rooms but a little bit hopeless with superior rooms. Many of the TV channels are missing, the TV remote is broken, a mat is not provided, but overall enjoy staying 3 nights here.

The rooms are clean, all the staff are friendly, breakfast and other meals are delicious. Very close to coffee shops characteristic of the city of Manggar. The price is a standard overnight.
