The place is good clean. looks narrow but very quite. The facilities are okay, there is warm water and AC. But the TV didn't work because it was blurry like it wasn't in contact. Maybe the advice can be improved so that the guest can enjoy it. There is no water heater available but you can ask to the kitchen. There is no elevator but the receptionist is kind to take the luggage to the floor. 1. no need to be afraid of starvation because Sura Inn attaches to minimart. In the morning, I can buy Jinggo rice because it is close to the seller. Then it is also close to gas stations and ATMs. Recommended!

I stayed for one night. My room was in the corner of first floor. The toilet was not in the good condition, the hexos fan was extremely loud like a helicopter, I was even shower in the dark because I could not stand of the hexos noise. The wall is moldy here and there. While I could see other rooms were unoccupied, I wonder why they put me in that room.

The strategic location in the hustle of Ubud, the rooms are spacious and clean, unfortunately there was one day the hotel staff forgot to put down mineral water and forgot to love doormats. For the right price. This hotel is suitable for those who will do many activities outside the hotel, because the facilities are standard, there is only TV. We chose this hotel because from morning until after sunset we went around the interest places in Ubud and even to Kintamani.
