Due to a delay, we finally arrived at the hotel at 12:30 AM Makassar time. Because our superior room was fully booked, we were upgraded to a deluxe room at no additional cost. Excellent service.

I've stayed here several times and always liked the large rooms, comfortable beds, great, now the hotel lobby feels lively, easy access to everywhere, cold AC, friendly staff, but some spots in the room are still a bit dusty.

The hotel room and bathroom are clean, the towels are also clean and comfortable, only the AC is a little less cold and the food is less varied, but overall this hotel is comfortable for a staycation.
