The hotel is strategically located. There are many foods around the hotel. The location is close to everywhere from the city center. And the ease of checking in outside of hours. We arrived at 4:30 in the morning and were able to check in by simply adding 60 thousand

Kamar nyaman tapi beberapa fasilitas sudah tidak berfungsi. Misal air panas tidak jalan dan jemuran handuk rusak.

Kamar cukup sempit. Tempat tidur parah banget. Bunyi tiap reyot saat diduduki. Handuk juga harus diminta dulu, baru dikasih. Untung cs saat check in nya baik. Aku salah tanggal booking di aplikasi karena buru-buru. Bisa dibantu. Tapi cs penggantinya. Tak oke banget. Cuek dan kurang ramah. Ke hotel ini cuma nyoba. Karena las jalan ke Matahari, anak sudah kecapekan.

Pelayanan check-in dari staff cukup baik, tetapi kondisi kamar agar lebih diperhatikan lagi. Lampu di kamar kondisinya terlalu remang, bahkan ada bola lampu yang tidak hidup tetapi tidak diganti, padahal untuk saya yang perlu kerja dalam kamar, kondisi tersebut kurang nyaman. Untuk tempat tidurnya nyaman dan cukup bersih. Air hangat tidak ada, saluran tv channel lokal.
