The hotel is very comfortable and friendly.

The hotel staff were very friendly, plus we could swim freely because it was quiet. The downside was quite disappointing because I'm a breakfast hunter, if breakfast was like that in a regular hotel without stars, you can get it 😇 My bed was full of tiny red ants, the shower in the bathroom was rusty. The room was spacious enough, the kids could play, the wifi was just so-so because the network often dropped, there weren't many TV channels to choose from and the channels were as crowded as ants.

All good, nice stay. Good price.

Had an unpleasant experience because someone broke into the room without knocking using an access card from who knows where, and the hotel only apologized without wanting to provide access to check the CCTV and without any compensation while laughing hysterically.

The hotel was really dirty, the floor of the room was dirty, and there was only 1 sandal. Luckily I only stayed overnight. I checked in at 11pm and checked out at 8pm.

Highly recommended hotel, don't hesitate to stay here.

I stayed here for an office event with an 8 hour road trip arriving in the morning but the female receptionist service was not friendly, when I asked to check in early the response was not friendly. M9hon management was briefed again by female receptionists to be friendlier.

Resepsionisnya pas dateng gak ada senyumnya. Gak ada ramah-ramahnya. Kita yang jadi tamu ngerasa kayak gak diharapkan dateng. Setelah malam baru resepsionisnya ganti dengan yang lebih ramah. Semoga bisa di perbaiki untuk garda depannya.

The room is quite clean, only the toilet is dirty, the porous door, the sink is clogged, the wifi doesn't reach the room.

The room is OK, suitable for children, there is a pool, but the pool is deep for children, so parents also have to go swimming, the food is bland, not tasty, when eating outside while watching children swimming, it smells like cat poop, so it doesn't get worse appetite. Please service again.

The children are happy because there is a swimming pool, only the shower in the bathroom is not. It's so tight, so if you take a long shower it's clean.

Old hotel and poorly maintained. There 's not enough lighting in the room, bathroom is too dark, furniture is old. The room is not sound proof so the noises from the corridor can still be heard loudly from inside the room. Not gonna stay here again.

Saya check in sekitar jam 10 malam, di lobby tidak ada orang. Resepsionis sedang tidak ada, saya nunggu lima menit baru datang disambut dengan tidak ramah. Pelayanan sangat buruk. 🙏🏻.

This hotel is expensive but does not match the facilities, the rooms are pretty clean, only the bathrooms are dirty, the hotel is old, the swimming pool is clean. Wifi can't connect in the room.
