The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable but I ordered a deluxe room and got a superior double bed, the bathroom could perhaps be improved on the cleanliness. I stayed in room 301, checked the facilities in the room such as: the sink faucet had a small flow of water, the AC remote battery ran out, the bed side lamp on the right was dead, the hot water was good but too hot. Overall okay, it can still be upgraded, right?

The location is okay, but the facilities are minimal and do not match the brochure.

The vibe of the room was really scary, the bathroom door couldn't be closed, it was a bit dirty, there were green flies flying around, the AC wasn't cold.

The staff is friendly. The management is good. Because there was a case (which was actually beyond the hotel's control), but the hotel is still responsible by refunding the hotel fee 100%. Awesome, hopefully next time I can stay here again.
