When I made my reservation, I selected a Deluxe King room. However, during the app check-in process, the Deluxe Twin room was listed, even though I had already booked that option at the stated price. After confirming with the hotel, I discovered that the travel agent had changed the room information to a Twin room. Thankfully, the hotel was very helpful and was able to find me a Deluxe King room that matched my original reservation. I hope the app can further improve its booking system to better reflect customer preferences and ensure that the data forwarded to the hotel is accurate and properly confirmed.
