Overall it's good, but it would be better if there was a water heater for coffee and tea.

Staying here is comfortable, not too crowded. There are many glasses provided to brew tea outside the room, although some glasses have to be replaced. The room is clean, the bathroom has smooth water. Soap and other equipment are okay.. Overall good.

The hotel area is clean. For that price, the service is good, there is a relaxing place in the hallway, tea, coffee, sugar are always on standby for us to brew anytime. There is also a prayer room on the ground floor.

Good hotel for transit, adequate amenities in the room but less at the bathroom. Clean room and comfortable. During check in reception should not keep my ID card (only copy) and this is unusual. Car Park is tight is full occupancy and may need to find space close by for additional car park.

Friendly staff, valet parking if you want to go out and the position of the cars inside is a bit troublesome, you have to park one by one, the room is ok, clean, the bathroom is clean, the room is comfortable, the atmosphere is comfortable, good.

Kita check in jam 8 malam, dapet kamar 212, pertama buka pintu disambut dengan sarang laba-laba hampir di tiap sudut. Bernafas rasanya sesak karena kamar hotel penuh debu, sepertinya jarang dibersihkan. Lalu kita mengeluh ke pihak hotel, lalu dipindah ke kamar 210, kondisi kebersihan sama buruknya. Dan lebih parahnya ac ga dingin sama sekali meskipun sudah disetting 16 derajat selama setengah jam, tetap gerah. Bayi saya udah pakai kaos tipis dan celana pendek tetep aja keringetan dan jadinya rewel. Pihak hotel menyarankan upgrade tipe kamar dengan nambah 100rb, tapi ketika kita cek kamarnya sama aja sarang laba-laba banyak dan berdebu. Karena ga ada solusi lain, dan kasihan anak saya kalo harus tidur semalaman di ruangan begitu, jadi kita putuskan buat check out malam itu juga cari hotel yang lebih layak. Jujur, ini hotel terburuk yang pernah saya temui, jangan percaya sama rating, ini pengalaman saya. Buat pemilik hotel, coba cek lagi deh kinerja pekerja di hotel anda, masa iya sarang laba-laba banyak banget di tiap kamar.
