For the first time in many years, I experienced obstacles at check-in. My name is not listed on their guest list that day. A receptionist, whose name I do not know, asked when I booked and I answered more than 1 week ago, then he said that other guests have booked since 1 month ago .. It's not my business because all I know is that I have a booking And pay to stay there. Then in front of me the receptionist phoned the innkeeper and in their conversation it was heard that on that day their inn was fully-booked but there was room leftover. Then, the receptionist drove me to a joglo behind another bungalow, with no view of the park and pool as I had ordered (and paid). I refused because the rooms did not fit and the receptionist said that it's ok if I do not so stay there because I can look for other lodging. Of course I am a little upset because I will not budge from there before my money back. I immediately called the customer service and when I was calling, the receptionist came back to us and drove us to the room as we ordered. What a terrible service for an inn that should put forth hospitality. I regret staying there because of the bad location of the lodge, having to pass through the ugly and very dark wavy roads at night. Standard room.
