All the facilities are okay, it's just that the TV can't play YouTube.

I was very satisfied with the hotel service. Even though it was via TikTok voucher, it was still exactly what I wanted.

This hotel is highly recommended, strategic location, comfortable, clean, and good service and friendly staff.

Comfortable and clean rooms, easy access because it is in the city center and close to hangout spots.

For the price, it's really good. The breakfast is delicious. There's also a bathtub for soaking.

The hotel staff was friendly, but because it's an old hotel, the interior is also dated and in need of renovation. The cupboards were peeling, and the leather on the chairs was peeling, making them uncomfortable to sit on. There were no hotel slippers.

One of the older hotels in Banjarmasin, but still worth staying in. Clean, good location, decent Wi-Fi. Breakfast is simple, for the price. I recommend adding bread if possible.

Okay. The food is normal. Tissues are limited, and when you ask for them, they seem reluctant to give you anything, even though they're a hotel service. You have to ask for another toothbrush, and they say you only get one, even though it's for two people. They think you can share the cost. The TV doesn't have YouTube, it's just a regular TV.

The room is a bit hot, the glasses are dirty and not cleaned/washed..

This is recommended with the price and ordering through here, maybe if you go directly it will be more expensive.. The only thing that is lacking is the breakfast, but you can find it yourself outside if you want more.. The room is quite spacious because I brought a child.

Easy access to the city center, welcoming and friendly staff, and perhaps a few upgrades to the bathrooms, rooms, and hotel carpets. Similarly, the underground parking lot is still exposed to rain and heat. Perhaps a canopy would be more exclusive. Congrats on the friendly service, it was a pleasure staying here.

In an executive class room, the AC was broken to the point of having to change rooms twice, even though I was so tired I wanted to rest because I still had activities the next day, but instead I was busy with the broken AC, plus the next day I asked for an additional room card because there was food in the refrigerator, it was impossible to turn it off, when I returned the additional card didn't work, the receptionist said the additional card should have been placed in the room, even though there was no such notification before, making me go back and forth, with experiences like that I was afraid to stay at Aquarius again, even though Aquarius used to have good service, I don't know why it has become like this now, no wonder my colleagues don't want to stay at Aquarius because the service is like this.

The food tastes bland.... Everything has no flavor. From fried rice to chicken, everything has no flavor.
