Overall ok but facilities like TV don't work, and the road to the hotel is a bit uphill

The location is right near Parangtritis Terminal, close to Obelix and Parangtritis Beach, spacious parking area, spacious rooms, bathroom cleanliness is okay.

This accommodation is quite comfortable for a place to stay overnight, especially since the location is very close to Parangkritis Beach, the rooms are also comfortable, the water is clean, but because of the rain and the power outages, the facilities we got were a bit late, apart from that, this accommodation is good, recommended for those looking for a place to stay near the beach.

The staff and the owner are also very friendly, and the check-in process is not complicated and is very helpful.

The floor is a bit sticky because of the sea air which is very close to the GH location, overall it is very comfortable.

Took a deluxe room but the TV was dead, even drinking water was not available, the AC was not cold + the toilet spray was also dead. 5-7 years ago I have checked in here 3 times and everything was still ok but now it's really bad.

Cool and beautiful view close to the beach

The experience of staying here was not pleasant, at night when we were sleeping soundly the hotel owner kept banging on the door. He said we were not on the guest list. Hmm, even though when we checked in everything had been checked. Why were they banging on us at night? Why didn't they apologize again?

The owner is very friendly, the toilet and room are also clean 🤗💗.

The guards are very friendly & the beach view is very beautiful straight from the room balcony ❤.

according to the rivew of people who have a friendly hotel, the room is comfortable enough to rest and has a balcony. the hotel is on a hill so climb up to get a view of the beach. It's cold here, but there is no hot water heater. until traumatized with water, because it's cold it makes me shiver so much

View is ok for a very small room, & expensive

Tempat nya bagus, view nya langsung menghadap ke pantai Parangtritis. Tapi akses menuju ke hotel itu cukup melelahkan, ibu pemilik villa dan hotel nya ramah banget. Tetapi mohon lebih di perhatikan lagi untuk kebersihan nya, juga kelengkapan di kamar mandi, tidak tersedia odol dan sikat gigi, sekelas villa dan hotel-hotel ⭐ -hotel-hotel ⭐ harusnya hal tersebut sudah disediakan sih menurut saya. Dan lagi ketika selesai hujan itu cuaca sedikit lembab, dan di malam hari di depan balkon teras villa nya sangat banyak rayap, untuk saya yang TRYPOPHOBIA cukup merinding dan kurang nyaman dengan hal tersebut. Karena rayap nya itu sampe masuk ke dalam, walau tidak banyak di dalam tapi di pegangan balkon nya numpuk banyak. Sampe bikin bulu kuduk merinding.

Kasur empuk, ac dingin, viewnya juara. Minus tv mati.
