When I first entered the room at 12 noon, I was greeted by a really strong horror aura..3rd floor no. 319..tried to stay positive thinking..I only lasted until 10 pm and then checked out..I had already left the hotel and just read the reviews..many of them were the same..scary

The staff is friendly, the service is great, and overall, everything is great, from the rooms to everything else—comfortable. The atmosphere is very peaceful, perfect for deep conversations.

A comfortable, quiet, and secluded hotel. Breakfast was also satisfying.

It's quiet and also the assistance is old and there is no maintenance.

Spacious Location Close to the City Center Friendly Service Swimming Pool

This is a 4-star hotel but it needs a refresh. The room facilities should be upgraded. Otherwise, it's good.

A hotel where the staff is undoubtedly its strong point. The rooms are large and spacious with balconies overlooking the interior gardens and a large fountain. The cleaning staff does a commendable and very welcome job, simply ideal, and the reception staff is extremely helpful with any request, wonderful. The hotel's location isn't the best (far from the center and the "life" of Bukittinggi), although using Grab you can get to and from the city for a small fee.

The location is not too far from the city center, the hotel staff is friendly, the facilities are quite complete, but because it is old, it is not well maintained.

I booked 3 rooms and each room had its own problems. 1. The room I stayed in had lights that couldn't be turned on and off as needed. The porch light didn't work. The sheets were dirty. There were spider webs in the room lights. The hot water kettle was broken 2. The room my mother stayed in The porch light also didn't work The room phone didn't work The hot water kettle was dirty 3. The room my sister and her family stayed in Trash was found under the mattress The room phone couldn't be used The hot water kettle was dirty The sheets and pillow cases were dirty The front office never answered the phone The service father also couldn't be called My family said that the Pusaka Hotel was not comfortable and enjoyable for families

Maybe because the hotel is old, it seems like it's not well maintained. There are no horror stories at all, I was on the balcony until 3 am, my wife and children slept soundly, there was nothing scary.

I checked in at this hotel and checked out 2 hours later because it was so scary. There was a strange sound from outside like a child crying while running around. Suddenly long hair appeared on the glass and then disappeared. The bathroom glass suddenly turned white and nothing was visible. I was not comfortable in this hotel so I decided to check out two hours later, to protect my own mental health.
