The room and bed were clean and comfortable, but the receptionist was busy with her cell phone, not very nice. The same suggestion is that guests who are checking in should try to have the room ready with all kinds of soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste, and the sheets haven't been changed yet and all the lights are off.

Strategic, clean, comfortable, friendly, homey, cool, and simply the best. Highly recommended, and very affordable. Plenty of dining options, close to food stalls. A must-try.

Asked for a non-smoking room, but got a room that said it was non-smoking but smelled so bad it made me dizzy. The sheets and blanket weren't changed because they were stained, so I immediately asked the staff to change them, but they only changed the blanket, so I slept on top of the blanket. 🤣 I had booked for 2 nights, but I only stayed one night because I couldn't afford it. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The AC was okay, the hot water was okay, the TV channels were okay, the staff were friendly, and there was parking.

This is the first time I've had the worst room, it's a 2-star room, but the cleanliness is so bad that the curtains are so dirty, the sheets are also dirty like they've been stepped on, especially the toilet is not fastened, and the bathroom is very slippery and has never been cleaned. Please improve the cleanliness of the place.

The room was still dirty, the pillowcase was dirty. When checking in, I asked if there were towels or not, the staff said the towels were being laundered, but until the next day there was still no clarity about the towels. The toothbrush, although still in the packaging, was very dirty and had lizard droppings.

For those who need more comfort, it's better not to book this hotel, because: 1. The bathroom has a lot of cigarette butts. 2. There is only 1 towel, even though I asked the staff, it wasn't delivered until check out time. 3. The AC is not cold enough. 4. Bottled drinking water must be requested first, it should have been provided. 5. The toilet for flushing is broken. This hotel is only cheap at only 240 thousand but because of the problems above, it's not worth paying that much. The hotel must improve the quality of its services.
