Cleanliness is bad and the breakfast is tasteless and less variety.

Kami menginap bersama keluarga, ada baby dan istri yang sedang hamil. Kamar hotel bau rokok dari kamar sebelahnya, padahal No smoking room. Kami telp reception malah dapet keluhan balik bahwa banyak tamu yang susah diingatkan. Kami coba sekat connecting door dengan handuk basah agar asap tidak masuk, namun malah berpindah bau asap rokok keluar dari kamar mandi. Lobi pun aroma asap rokok lebih parah lagi, saat itu sepertinya sedang ada event bapak-bapak entah apa. Menu sarapan pagi beraneka ragam, buffet, citarasa biasa saja. Beberapa kali kami juga harus menabok nyamuk, entah dari mana kok bisa masuk kamar. Kami tidak merekomendasikan menginap di sini jika Anda membawa keluarga atau anda bukan perokok, karena menurut kami hotel ini kurang sesuai dengan namanya.

Untuk akomodasi kamar banyak yang kurang seperti sikat gigi tidak tersedia dan pemanas air juga rusak.

AC kamar bungalow pool viewnya dua2nya bocor, handuk sudah tidak layak dipakai/robek, semut banyak didepan pintu ke arah kolam.

The breakfast is very poor. The food took a long time to add. No added full cream milk. The bowl is finished and not added. The coffee and tea are given a spoon even though they are sweet. No tissue available. You have to ask if you want eggs.

Comfortable for resting, the fried rice is hard.

Fast check in thanks, no hassle so far ok, Breakfast needs more menu variations.

The rooms are spacious, clean, the lighting is very good. Separate toilet, sink and bathroom, all three clean. The beds are clean and quite comfortable. TV, AC, Shower, lights work well. Breakfast is quite good and varied. The swimming pool is spacious and clean.

Always stay at the pool bungalow, it's a great place for kids to swim, as soon as you open the door, you jump right in 😂😁. It's been 3 times when I've been to Tanjung Pinang, I've stayed there

I like most this hotel if we had vacation in tanjung pinang, because we can park our car near the room. All the beverage and food are delicious. But I think, the menu needs more variation. Very comfort to sleep in this hotel, but I think the room needs attention in terms of cleanliness of sheets, bathroom and a new water heater. Thank You The Comforta Hotel, its the second time we stayed there😊
