Every time we go to Ubud, my husband and I always stay at Lili because of its comfort and strategic location. There are a few things that need to be fixed but that's OK.

The location is inside the alley and must enter about 100m, to go to this place you should use a motorbike or walk because they only provide 1 car park. The room and atmosphere of the hotel is very good. Unfortunately the employee's service was not good, because I entered the room without my permission, the water had also become cloudy. Then the way they solved the problem was also not polite, I had contacted GM, but there was no response.

If possible at the moment of the new year or other moments guests are invited or offered to be held in the event let me be more memorable again

Lili House Ubud is simple and quiet

For a comfortable place ok, the location is hard to find for the first time there must be confused but not bad kok, good service, friendly.

The bathroom water is dirty, the color is yellow. He said before checking in, the water was clogged. So for a two-day stay here the water is ugly bgt. It looks clean tp fit in the dirty plastic bath. Who serve only one and the girl, too, kasian. But overall, nice place.

I did enjoy staying here. Friendly staff and comfort room. Nice!

Clean, comfortable, and the price is appropriate, it's just the parking lot is less

The towels are worn out, kitchen utensils are missing, the beds are noisy. But the place is comfortable and the service is good
