Comfortable atmosphere, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, very strategic location not inferior to five-star hotels around Nusa Dua. I recommend this place for backpackers or families. Worth it.

This hotel's staff are very friendly but no one or receptionist standby after I checked in. I had to look around to find them in pool area, it's annoying. Actually, it's a quite tranquil place but the voices out of my room were clear and loud. Fortunately, the room are spacious and clean.

Rooms are clean. Wifi is a bit slow but can be used. The pool is very clean. Can towels after every swim. Staff are great. Serving motorcycle rental as well. Airport shuttle can too. Help to buy souvenirs. The entry to the castle clinton might be a little hard to find, but can ask people around.

Cloth mattress smelled less pleasant and less comfortable.
