Great place to stay. The room is spacious and the design is quite unique with irregular shapes of the pool bedroom and bathroom. Overall great experience with the staff as well. They provide an option to deliver breakfast to the room, which is quite efficient and practical. The food itself is not very good, but still acceptable (maybe just not worth the price). You can find better and cheaper food easily outside. The location is very nice. It's at the heart of Seminyak, with a lot of places in walking distance. At night there is Jaan night club near the villa (don't need to worry the noise will not reach your room)

Tempatnya enak sekali cocok untuk liburan keluarga. Dan ada fasilitas floating breakfast, recommended untuk pasangan honeymoon ataupun untuk yang membawa anak anak.

Five stars villa with budget maintenance. We booked 2 bedrooms Villa, it was our first time staying here. When we arrived, I was disappointed that the villa looked very under-maintenance (see pictures), some parts were unclean. The wifi was bad as we were using the wifi from the other rooms. How come our room didn't have a wifi router? I won't complain if this is a budget hotel, but to call this as a luxury villa? Moreover we had issue with the shower heater, it took quite long until they fixed this. Though they offered us either spa or breakfast as complimentary, we didn't take it as we already had our own plan. I don't blame the staff, they did our best, but I think the management needs to do better. The villa is actually very spacious, beautiful and has good location, it is a shame they didn't take care of it well.

Fabulous villa, price never lie. The villa is cool, exclusive, contemporary, neat, clean, beautiful and large. The room is equipped with a kitchen set, gas stove, pool with a unique design, rooms with full air conditioning, really cool I love it. Friendly and helpful reception. Breakfast is OK. Can add an extra bed. The place is strategically close to places to eat and Kuta beach. It's really OK and recommended. Definitely will be back to this villa.

Maybe early this was built a good villa. But it's been neglected. The first 3 days the villa couldn't be locked. The sink was broken and leaking. The fan has to be fixed first and it can only turn on 1. The TV has an error even though I have paid for it. Ammenities can't at all, yes coffee/tea even though there is a kitchen. Overall 3/5.

While the villa was great and affordable, there 's so many centipede everywhere including the bedroom. The cleaning staff took so long to clean the room even tho there were 3 of them. I also had a problem one particular night where I can't use the water until 5am. Everything else was great, the service was great.

5 star villa but budget hotel services. When we arrived, we were okay but at checkout, there was no confirmation at all and suddenly at 11.50 the door was pounding and a trolley of goods was brought for checkout. This is my first experience staying at this villa and before I have stayed at other villas it has never been like this. Just once. Thank you.

The place is nice, clean, and in the middle of the city, it's already a little bit already Kuta. But unfortunately there are lots of kids who are tenacious, small gt2 thousand feet, really amused by a kind of resilient gt2 animal, even though the place is already clean enough, the plants can be cleaned more to reduce their tenacity while staying there too warm water can not be make it regenerated, but still can't turn on Oh yes, you can add the lights on the front page or at least turn it on if it is night :( usually at 8 o'clock, the lights are still not on, maybe because Bali is quiet, so don't want to lose electricity, but it's really dark to go to the room😌 Besides that, the others are quite fun, the rest can be fixed again.

The water wasn’t hot. The food didn’t taste good. And the most annoying thing was that the phone is located outside the room, so every time there is a phone call we have to walk outside. Also, the breakfast can’t be served inside the room, if you want it inside there will be a charge of Rp 150,000. However there was a guy named Heri, he served us well.

The villas are really nice and really comfortable. His staff was very friendly. Suitable for the honeymoon and with the family. Can relax while chatting in the jacuzzi. It's a lot of leaves scattered hell but reasonable is the concept of open nature, But the bedroom and the bathroom really clean really. Anyway definitely come back to the park mesari.

Cleanliness so bad. When I first time check in there’s a lot of ants at my bedroom. And at any places, mostly kitchen. Mosquito too especially at the night. The pool was dirty. And the glass door on my bedroom can’t open. Actually the villa wasn’t so bad, only bad maintenance.
