Friendly staff & strategic location

The room was okay, the hotel staff was friendly, the breakfast was good but not very varied. But the restaurant had a lot of menu choices at a good price, and the food was delicious. The downside is that it was very noisy, the sound of vehicles outside was really disturbing, I couldn't sleep, there was no soundproofing. Please fix that, because everything was nice but it was very uncomfortable and not peaceful for a good night's sleep, with the outside noise being very disturbing. Hopefully it can be fixed, because it's a shame that the room and other things were already very good. Only the outside noise was very disturbing, maybe it could be made more soundproof.

Perhaps because it's an old hotel, the facilities aren't up to date. Cleanliness is a bit lacking.

The room was clean and fragrant, not as scary as many reviews on Google Maps suggest. The paintings in the room had also been removed. The toilet and balcony floors did feel old, but they were clean.

Okay for all, it's getting better and better.

Booked during high season. If you have a budget around 300-400, it's better to look for a second option. The room quality is 4/10 because: 1. The mattress is foam, not firm. So it's uncomfortable to sleep on or even sit on. 2. The room smells bad. 3. The bed cover and sheets are stained! 4. Inadequate amenities. 5. The toilet is clogged. 6. The AC isn't cold at all. 7. Disturbing painting. Changed rooms twice due to clogged toilets and power outages. Wouldn't recommend to friends or family!

I changed rooms twice, but the shower water was off. In the morning, I had to use the shower toilet to shower.

Very comfortable... Next time I'll come back here again
