The resort is a bit dated, evident in the furnishings, but it's still comfortable and a good place for a family stay. The AC is cold, the lighting in the rooms is too dim, and the path from the main road to the reception is about 20 meters bumpy, so carrying a suitcase can be a bit heavy ^_^. The staff service is good and friendly.

It was a pleasure experience stay at Gili Air Lagoon Resort. Good service. Good rooms condition. Important one really peaceful. There is Miss Dewi recommended us to stay at Lagoon. She did well organized our holiday at Gili Air very helpful and humble. 👍.

Resort sepi sekali waktu itu hanya saya dan pasangan yang bermalam sehingga jika malam terkesan seram karena gelap semua. Hanya ada dua pegawai yang menunggu di mess yang menyediakan kebutuhan kami. Air suka mati dari malam sampai pagi. Resort mewah yang mulai tak terawat.

Good location, dirty pool, they gave us the worst unit? The balcony lamp was dead so night swim at the pool is so scary, the road lamp is dead, I've seen the unit next to us and their lamps are okay. Two nights the water was dead, I literally wanted to take a dump so I called them why's the water not running but the receptionist doesn't answer my so many calls, it's not even 8pm. The operator should be open until 11pm. I just f*cking hate it then. Worst service ever. The fridge was also dead. The food is like, 50k for a plate of 3 small pancakes? A rob

The one who becomes the champion of this hotel is the pool, it can be 'splashed' at any time, and is spacious because it surrounds the hotel, so it is very satisfying for those who like to swim. The location is very close to the beach where snorkeling & sunrise viewing. The check-in & check-out process is fast, the breakfast food is ordinary, but every employee I meet is very friendly and always ready to help. Only one complaint is that the water had died in the bathroom because there was 'maintenance'.

The experience of staying here was very pleasant, the breakfast was delicious, there were many menu choices, the waiter was really very friendly-friendly in serving guests, the bedroom was clean, the bathroom was also clean. In front of our room, we immediately provided a swimming pool that surrounds each room in this hotel, so if you want to swim, just open the door of the room and jump in and out. The hotel is nice and worth it, the location of the road is approximately 10 min from the gili water port, the location in gmaps is wrong because it shows behind the hotel.

My husband and I stayed 1 night at Gili Lagoon Resort. Comfort is enough, breakfast is acceptable, but there are some spots that are not maintained clean, such as a sink, and lounge chairs on the swimming pool at each front of the room.

All staff was kindness, the environment was clean and so many fresh air in there. And also the environment was calm so we can sleep tight, relax and comfort!

Access is a little bit inside but still near the harbor, the staff is friendly and helpful enough, had a power outage but soon coped, pool facilities very pleasant.
