I ordered but could not check-in because it was no longer working with Oyo without prior notification. Orders cannot be refunded. Disappointing.

The service is not friendly and does not provide good offers, is basically disappointed, it's better to just close the hotel or not, you don't need to include the application, because you already paid in the application for example 100 thousand eh because the booked room was told to add more money and no more, disappointed basic weight.

The building is not well cared for, first entering the room the air is stuffy, the bathroom is not clean, entering KM, the bathtub still has water, it appears that when the last guest checked out was not thrown away first, the AC water entered the room, the closet faucet was broken so the water flowed. Strategic location, if not upgraded immediately, it will be eroded by the surrounding hotels.

Additional requests are requested even though they are clear.
