The mattress was uncomfortable, so hard it hurt my body to sleep on it. The blankets were also uncomfortable, and the curtains were of poor quality, so light still penetrated the room at night.

Please improve the cleanliness. Change the sheets, mattress covers, and pillowcases after each stay. The room I stayed in yesterday had used pillowcases and sheets.

The hotel staff is very friendly, strategic access is close to the port, bus terminal, and Bigmall.

The hotel staff was friendly, but there was no dressing table in the room so we had to use the mirror in the toilet and it was a bit dark, and the blanket was uncomfortable to use.

The staff was nice, the room was clean, and we were given a non-smoking room, which was fortunately on the first floor because we had a lot of luggage. The downside was that we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast 😅 because we had to check out at 6 for fear of missing the boat to Mahakam Ulu.

In room 107, the toilet smelled quite strong. It seemed the blower wasn't properly maintained. The shower needed repair.

The location is close to Big Mall Samarinda. It's located in a residential complex. The air conditioning is cool, the bed is comfortable, but the blanket is a bit thin. Breakfast is quite good, and it's quite convenient for transit. Parking is quite convenient, with staff on hand to help arrange parking.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food for sahur is delicious, the hot water in the bathroom is good, the room is cool and clean.

The place is close to the city center and is also clean.

This is my second stay at the Remaja Syariah Guest House, and overall, I've been quite satisfied with my experience. The location is strategic, close to Big Mall. The atmosphere is quite peaceful and comfortable, although I was briefly disturbed by the sound of a child playing music in the next room. The air conditioning works well. For the budget price, you get a decent breakfast.

The room was clean, smelled good, the staff was friendly, the parking lot wasn't big enough, breakfast was provided because we had to leave early in the morning, which was great.
