The location is great, the staff is friendly, the hot and cold water works well, and it's clean. The only amenities are soap, but that's still okay considering the low price. Access to the UNM campus is very close. Overall, this guest house is recommended.

Breakfast is bread and coffee/tea. The bread is homemade and baked. The rooms are spacious and airtight.

In overall, it's pretty nice place considering its cheap price. They don't provide amenities aside towel and soap bar. The breakfast is no good. Makassar is well-known for culinary trip, so don't bother with breakfast here. This hotel is near 4* hotels, but it is located in alley, which is utterly dark at night since there is no lamp street. Broken window lock on my room as well. But the service is good with attentive employees (though you have to go to lobby whenever you need assistance since there is no room phone) and it is pretty clean place. Good wi-fi connection too. Totally worth its price.

The location is good, only room 217 of the AC has been cooled for a long time, but the room is full of what can be made, breakfast is only tea or coffee.
