The staff is friendly, but unfortunately the room amenities are still incomplete and I think the room is still not very clean and the building is not well maintained.

Unlike the photos, the photos were clean, but the sheets were stained, requiring two changes. The cleanliness was spotty. The staff were nice and patient. It's not even worthy of being called a hotel.

Customer service was unable to resolve issues with damaged room amenities (e.g., a leaking refrigerator) or provide solutions. Some parts of the room were also poorly maintained (dirty sheets, stained and torn floor carpet, and dusty tables and cabinets). The 3-star hotel standards for this location need to be reviewed.

Sorry... A 3-star hotel with a jasmine feel... Very neglected. A thick horror atmosphere. The lights are dim in the room. Entering the lobby is stuffy like a shophouse... All areas are dusty inside and outside the room. The AC takes a long time to cool. Can't sleep because there are cockroaches in the room... The sheets are full of red spots... The ceiling has water seepage, Hopefully the management will make improvements for the comfort of customers.

The motorcycle parking area is a bit lacking in my opinion; it's dirty and outdated. However, security is guaranteed. 3. The facilities provided include mineral water, an electric kettle, glasses, and toiletries. A small refrigerator. There are no tissues, so you have to bring your own. There's only one towel, the hot water doesn't work, and the bathroom is dirty. The drain is dirty. When flushed, worms come out, which can't be removed. (Please improve the cleanliness.) At almost 300,000 Rupiah per night, I think it's overpriced considering the poorly maintained hotel, the facilities, and the cleanliness. 4. The photos shown do not reflect the actual room. Honestly, I was shocked because the photos and the real thing were so different. When we stayed there, only our family slept there. It looked like an old hotel. Honestly, it wasn't comfortable. Also, the hotel location didn't have a sign, so it was confusing because it was in a corner. It was very quiet and the atmosphere was like an empty, unused shophouse.
