What made us regret staying here:
1. The rules were given to us after we signed and paid the deposit. It made us feel like we'd been trapped because the rules were premature and brutal, just rules = fines, money, money, money.
2. You could read the date yourself, and it was set to July 14th, even though it actually happened on July 4th. What was the reason? So you could defend yourself that there were no incidents on July 4th?
3. The rules you created were truly outrageous. When I asked them directly after checking out, "What kind of crazy person stays in a villa, brings a musical organ, and then has a party? Did a guest stay at this villa and do something ridiculous that led to another ridiculous rule? Did a guest actually get fined 10 million rupiah for violating that?" Your response made it clear you weren't confident in the rules you created.
4. The sheets, bed cover, hammock, and towels were stained and not perfectly clean. Even the floors are pockmarked and patched, and your AC isn't cooling, it's stifling during the day.
5. You threaten us with a rule that if we're noisy, we'll be fined up to 10 million rupiah? But you can't even create a quiet atmosphere; instead, we have to tolerate any noise, no matter what the source. Hilarious.
Why impose rules like this to scare guests if you don't even provide the best for them?
I was already in a bad mood before check-out time was up.
I've stayed in better villas in Bali than this, and there's never been such a brutal and overbearing rule. And I'm a sane person, so there's no need for such ridiculous rules. We know manners and understand cleanliness. Speaking of cleanliness, your bed is filthy, you know...
It's obvious what kind of person the owner is. If their human resources were good, there wouldn't be such a rude rule for guests.
Also, there was a security guard sitting in front of the lobby when I approached. I asked which lobby, he answered while still sitting & playing on his cellphone. What great manners.
The point is, I'm fed up. Thank you.
