The atmosphere is comfortable, the rooms are clean, but unfortunately the TV is dead. Motorcycle parking should be provided to increase guest comfort.

The location is quite strategic if you visit UMY, but the rooms are small and the toilets smell.

The reception staff was friendly, but there was a miscommunication during the shift change. I booked a room for two nights but booked one. Issues with the room lights and the sink water not working were less resolved. Suggestion: Regularly clean the trash in each room daily.

However, on the last booking (14-16 March 22), it was informed that the room was full (even though 2 rooms had already been booked). I can't accept this.
