There are no problems when checking in / out, hotel employees are quite friendly. I got a smoking room without being asked first. The bathroom is dirty, the towels are a bit dirty, thankfully the hot water works. The ceiling of the room has lots of water seepage marks. I was surprised because this hotel does not provide a water heater kettle, even though it is 3 stars. Its location behind Graha MIR, is a bit difficult to find at night because there are many buses parking on the side of the road.

I didn't notice that I booked for the smoking room. It wasn't shown in the apps, but at the check in process the receptionist gave me smoking room. I didn't really like it even though when I asked for another option, they didn't give any answer.

Actually very good service. But unfortunately my order which is smoking room is not available. They were offered a downgrade at the same price or an upgrade (plus a fee) which I ended up upgrading. AC is not cold at the beginning. Info to fo then asked to wait 30-45 minutes and it still wasn't cold. After reporting back, the technician finally came right away and it turned out to be just dirty.
