There are no problems when checking in / out, hotel employees are quite friendly. I got a smoking room without being asked first. The bathroom is dirty, the towels are a bit dirty, thankfully the hot water works. The ceiling of the room has lots of water seepage marks. I was surprised because this hotel does not provide a water heater kettle, even though it is 3 stars. Its location behind Graha MIR, is a bit difficult to find at night because there are many buses parking on the side of the road.

Kebersihan kamar standar, exhaust fan kamar mandi mati. Padahal kami di kamar smoking room. Kamipun masih harus bayar uang parkir senilai 40 ribu. Hm disayangkan sekali. Baru kali ini menginap dengan parkir berbayar. Ga sesuai untuk harga hotel 400 ribu ke atas.

I didn't notice that I booked for the smoking room. It wasn't shown in the apps, but at the check in process the receptionist gave me smoking room. I didn't really like it even though when I asked for another option, they didn't give any answer.

Actually very good service. But unfortunately my order which is smoking room is not available. They were offered a downgrade at the same price or an upgrade (plus a fee) which I ended up upgrading. AC is not cold at the beginning. Info to fo then asked to wait 30-45 minutes and it still wasn't cold. After reporting back, the technician finally came right away and it turned out to be just dirty.

Clean rooms including toilets. Hot and cold water smoothly. Toiletries as described. The tv is too small but the remote is big, the broadcast is not sharp. The slipper breaks easily. The service is friendly.

Datang malam hari jam 1 pagi (late check in), hotelnya ada di belakang gedung jadi ga begitu mudah dicari pintu masuknya. Parkir berbayar, hotel agak kerasa “creepy”, dan baru tau depositnya dengan nahan KTP. Untungnya, hanya untuk transit beberapa jam saja.
