dirty horror room, rundown bathroom

Water doesn't come out, room is dirty, very uncomfortable.

The building looks old, not suitable for bringing small children, toilet flush is broken, shower is broken, sink is clogged, etc. Try to judge for yourself

Couldn't sleep all night because next to the hotel there was a karaoke that was active at night. The bass sound could be heard in the room.

The place is up to standard but it's really noisy with the karaoke outside so it's hard to sleep until 2 o'clock before I can sleep.

When checking in we were required to pay an extra 50 thousand because there was a system error and resulted in our room being upgraded. Even though we didn't ask for an upgrade. After we entered the room, the room facilities did not show any upgrades. Narrow room. Cracked bathtub. There is no hot water. We initially asked for twin beds. Turns out they said there were no twin beds all double beds. Why should there be a column to be able to request twin beds if the hotel doesn't have that bed. There's a mouse. Critical.

The room smells musty, the smell of the toilet can be smelled until the room and the wifi and cellular signal do not reach the room above / 3rd floor.

The service is fast and good, it's just that the rooms are not suitable for lodging. Because it is stuffy and the water in the bathroom is small, especially in the sink. In addition, the cupboard is dusty. My advice, for example, if you want to use it as an inn, at least the properties are replaced, so that it looks neat and not dusty.
