City center hotel, clean and service 8/10.

Always comfortable staying here

Clean, comfortable, strategic location. However, the AC is not cold enough and is noisy when turned on.

Highly recommended. It's awesome, thank God. And it's a really family-friendly place.

It's perfect, even the swimming pool is the best, breakfast is sufficient, the important thing is there is an omelette.

For 2 rooms at a price of 887,000, I think it's not good. The sink is leaking, the flush is stuck, you can't change rooms, even though you bought a deluxe one, you're not allowed to swim even though you chose it because the kids can swim, when you checked the refrigerator, there were a lot of people's stale coffee drinks that weren't cleaned. The mattress smells fishy huhu, it's really a dud😭

The hotel is nice, also child-friendly, especially since it has a swimming pool area.

First stay at Kota Tasik, a hotel with a strategic location, easy to access and close to various dining options, the staff is also nice. Thank you.

The staff are all friendly, the room is comfortable, hot water is available, the food is not much variety but it tastes good, there is a swimming pool that is quite large so my children are very happy, overall satisfied staying 2 nights here with family. Thank you.

A little disappointed because we weren't allowed to swim because there was a wedding;(And we got a room with a bit of dark lighting.
