The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the restrooms are clean, the amenities are complete, the towels are clean, the smart TV is large and clear, the air conditioning is cool, and the drinking water is refilled free of charge. Hopefully, this will continue, and not just because the hotel is new under Horison management.

When I checked in, I was placed in the very back corner room, right next to the laundry room or something. It was noisy with the machines, and the staff placed dirty blankets and sheets right in front of the door, making it difficult for me to get in and out. Honestly, it was a bad first time staying here. The room was incredibly small; for the price, I could have gotten better rooms at other hotels. After I complained, they moved me to another room further up the hall. However, the staff was very friendly and the hotel grounds were very clean.

The food is still served a la carte, and the menu is limited to one item. The portions are also small. We'd be wasting our time here if it were like this, especially since it's the Horison brand.

Overall, it's very good. In my opinion, it's even better than the cheap room rate plus the promotions/discounts. This means this hotel is truly excellent. The environment is comfortable, the hotel atmosphere is peaceful, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. It's close to the city center and public areas for sightseeing.

The room I always got was not clean, dusty, the curtains had paint marks, the sheets were dirty, I asked for a towel and only got one, there was no toothbrush.

I came during renovation, so the cleanliness of the hotel can still be considered, but the room I stayed in was less than pleasant, there was nothing included like soap, toothbrush, or even a foot cloth, the towels were really bad, the sheets smelled, the blanket was thin, and I ordered a city view room but got one with a wall instead.

The experience of staying here was very bad, why I said it was bad because the bathroom was hexuse not working which resulted in the bathroom smelling, then the toilet was a bit clogged, plus the staff gave an additional charge outside the provisions of Traveloka, which should only be 50 thousand, I was asked for 80 thousand per room, even though I booked 3 rooms 😭😭 basically it seems like this is the last time I stay here

Basically the hotel crew is quite friendly. It just seems that the hotel room is not well maintained. The water tap has started to not function properly so it seems that only a little water comes out of the tap.

The room is really dirty, the AC is leaking so the water is flooded everywhere, the AC smells musty, the sheets smell musty too, the floor is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the towels smell 😭😭. Asked for a broom but they didn't give it 🥵🥵
