The hotel staff were very friendly and informative during check-in and check-out. Requests for a hairdryer and prayer robes were promptly answered, and the prayer robes smelled great. The room was clean and well-maintained, with cool air conditioning. My only comments are that the mattress creaks when you move, and the towels could be replaced with thicker, cleaner ones. Overall, it's a good and pleasant stay.

Got a really cheap room even though I booked last minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The motorcycle parking area is quite open, but security guards are always on duty, so it's quite safe. By the way, the room was also really nice, I didn't expect much!! I only found out about this hotel because it was my first time trying it. I'll definitely come back here next time I'm in Pontianak 👍
